What fleet managers come to us with

Need the paperwork in order

Site access usually means proof you're covered. We're fully insured and carry current risk assessments, so we can work on your yard.

Can't have vehicles off the road

We come to your depot and work around your schedule. We rack them and stack them, so the fleet stays moving.

Tired of juggling suppliers

Valeting, lease-return prep and decal removal from one team. Instead of calling three or four people, we just do it.

Fleet washing and valeting, done on your yard

We handle fleet washing and valeting for commercial operators across the North West, from van fleets and HGVs to contract-hire and lease vehicles going back. We come to your depot or yard with our own power, water and kit, so your vehicles never have to leave site. We work around your schedule, rack them and stack them, and go from one to the next, so a whole fleet gets done in a visit rather than trickling vehicles off the road one at a time.

We're fully insured and carry current health and safety paperwork and risk assessments, which is what site managers ask for before we set foot on a yard. We can send those over before the first visit so site access is signed off in advance. The work is done to a proper standard, not a quick wipe over, because a clean, presentable fleet is part of how your business looks to its own customers.

We also strip decals and sign-writing off contract and lease vehicles ready to go back, which protects you against end-of-lease recharge for branding left on. We've done that kind of work for national haulage and tanker fleets. Valeting, lease-return prep and decal removal come from one team, so you're not chasing three or four different suppliers to get a vehicle road-ready.

How a fleet contract works with us

1

Tell us about the fleet

Vehicle types, numbers, condition and how often you need them done. We arrange a quick site survey on bigger contracts so the price is right first time.

2

Paperwork and a set price

We send insurance, H&S and risk assessments over for site sign-off, and agree a set price per vehicle or per visit so it's easy to budget.

3

We come to your yard

Fully insured and self-sufficient. We work around your schedule, rack them and stack them, and keep the fleet moving.

4

Done to standard

Valeted, prepped or stripped of decals, ready to go back on the road. If there's an issue, we come back and sort it.

Fleet and commercial questions

Yes. We're fully insured and carry current health and safety paperwork and risk assessments. That's usually the first thing a site manager asks for, and we send it over before the first visit so access is signed off in advance.

On the vehicle mix, how many, their condition and how often you want them done. We agree a set price per vehicle or per visit so it's easy to budget, and invoice on account terms that suit your business. No surprises on the bill.

No hard minimum. We do everything from a handful of pool cars and vans up to large mixed fleets. Smaller numbers are quoted per visit, bigger fleets on a contract. Tell us what you run and we'll work out what fits.

On anything sizeable, yes. A quick look at the vehicles, the yard and the access lets us price it right first time and plan how we work round your operation, rather than guessing and getting it wrong.

Yes. We strip decals and sign-writing off contract and lease vehicles ready to go back, which protects you against end-of-lease recharges for branding left on. We've done that kind of work for national haulage and tanker fleets.

We do. We're fully mobile with our own power, water and kit, so we valet the whole fleet on your site and nothing has to leave the yard. We work around your schedule to keep vehicles available.
